Video: Beer in Pressure-Rated Tanks

This microbrewery is the dream of co-owners Leo and Denise Sawadogo, and specializes in African-style beer featuring ingredients such as hibiscus, coconut, and baobab fruit- flavors from Leo’s hometown of Burkina Faso. The “brew house” utilizes a three-vessel system and pressure-rated tanks where Master Brewer Leo has created over 100 beers. Twenty-four are on tap for patrons who gather in the beer garden and adjoining tasting room. But the pressure relief valves (PRVs) on every tank ensure that everyone stays safe and let the Sowadogo’s focus on what they do best- cultivate new brews and introduce them to their community.
